Company ProfileTracking Solutions was incorporated in November 1997 to help companies address the unique challenges associated with implementing successful bar code sample tracking programs. We focus on what you want to accomplish, then layout the products and processes that will need to be put in place to make the project a success. From choosing the right symbology and mil size for your label, to selecting the appropriate printer and scanner. We make sure all of the pieces work together, so that you have a working solution when you are ready to go live. One of our largest and now best customers originally bought 14 printers elsewhere, based on an IT recommendation. When they received the printers in they found that though they were great for printing 4" x 6" Shipping labels, they were not going to work for the small .9" x .5" vial labels. We came in and gave them a proper recommendation and put them on a successful course, unfortunately it was not before they made a $28,000 investment in the wrong printers. Just getting started? Take a look at our Sample Tracking Article. It is filled with good insight on things to consider when implementing a successful solution.
